I am a French and Spanish into English translator and subtitler with over two years professional experience and a distinction in an MA in Audiovisual Translation.

Over the last year, I have been working for an online newspaper on European politics which involves translating articles on a daily basis at high-speed usually within the hour. As a result, my speed and accuracy as a translator has vastly improved. I also have experience translating a wide array of other documents such as business tenders, annual reports, documentaries, films, etc.

I have my own subtitling software at home and have experience with interlingual, intralingual subtitling and some SDH. The audiovisual material I've worked on includes, documentaries, feature films, short films, game shows, etc. I am used to tight broadcasting deadlines and work for companies like MTV and TVT (using Dragon re-speaking software) to subtitle shows accurately with very fast turnarounds.

Although I am a professional translator, I have also had experience interpreting at the Miss World pageants for the French and Spanish speaking contestants for the last two years.

I also offer voiceover services and have played the voice of several characters in children's CD's and a BBC radio play.
