My rates are based upon the following criteria: any text (document) is to be translated by me in person. The generally accepted daily output rate is 5-7 typewritten pages. The typewritten page generally accepted for translation purposes consists of 1500-1800 characters including spaces (30 lines per page, 60 characters per line).The number of characters per page is (optional) Depend on document type.
The urgent rate applies to a text (of any size) to be translated on the day of order or on the following day if the txt is too large.
Rates are applied to the final product, not the original text. The number of characters in the final product is calculated automatically by the Microsoft Word text editor.
For those who prefer to be charged per page a typewritten page contains approximately 200-270 words. The number of words per page is (optional) Depend on document type. Therefore I can determine the approximate cost of a translated and typewritten page: Regular rate (13-45 Euros per page) urgent rate (17-50 Euros)
Non-urgent orders in excess of 100 pages qualify for discount of up to 15% provided (depending on rate agreement) that the original material is not subject-specific.
