My minimum rate is 0.04 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.06 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 20 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 25 Euro.

I have obtained an official translator / linguist degree.

I have been working as a translator since 2009.

I provide the following services: Translation, Proofreading, Teaching (Language Courses).

By today, I have translated about 50,000 to 100,000 words.

I use the following tools: SDL Trados, Wordfast, OmegaT.

My name is Francesca Mirenda and I am 33 years old.
On July 2016 I obtained a Master degree in Legal and Business Translation. I completed my Degree in Translation and Interpretation for Business and Tourism in Italy on May 2009.
On September 2009, I moved to London to refine the command of my English, which I consider my second language, and to step into the British working reality. This allowed me to improve my EN>IT translation work, which I had been carried on since my University internship.
So far, I have focused my experience on legal translations, contracts, patents, TV scripts for dubbing (ES,EN>IT) and clinical vignettes (Psycotherapy - IT>EN and EN>IT).
I am also very passionate about travel magazines, travel guides, outdoor sports and activities, and veterinary. I am willing to add at least one of these areas to my expertise.
On January 2013, I obtained a 120 hours TEFL Certificate and I also started to teach English in a kindergarten. Since then, I have been teaching English to students in one-to-one lessons as well.
I have always enjoyed travelling and experiencing different cultures and I have visited several countries in Europe and overseas.
