My name is Francesca and I am 26 years old. I graduated in March 2019 in Interpreting and Translation and my languages of study are French, English and Chinese.
I have been studying languages since high school. I attended a language high school, where I studied English, French and Spanish. After high school, I went to Toronto to study English and to live with a Canadian family for two months. Three years later, I obtained my Bachelor’s degree at UNINT University of Rome in Languages for Interpreting and Translation, in English and Chinese. Thanks to the Erasmus programme, I had the opportunity to go to study in Lille, France, for five months: one of the most enriching experience in both academic and human terms. Last March, I obtained my Master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting at the same university, specializing in French and English, but passing a Chinese translation exam as well.
As far as the work experience is concerned, the most recent one is the six-month period internship at Medipragma srl of Rome, a market research institute specialized in the healthcare sector, where I had the chance to translate medical documents (such as interview questionnaires, contents, and other materials).
