My minimum rate is 0.05 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.10 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 9 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 100 Euro.

I have obtained an official translator / linguist degree.

I have been working as a translator since 2003.

I provide the following services: Translation, Proofreading, Interpretation (consecutive), Subtitling, Project Management, Copywriting, Tour Guiding, Consulting, Teaching (Language Courses).

By today, I have translated about 500,000 to 1,000,000 words.

I use the following tools: SDL Trados, Wordfast, Deja Vu, OmegaT, Passolo, Multicorpora, Across, Alchemy Catalyst, TransSuite2000, Transit, MetaTexis, LingoTek, J-CAT, IBM-CAT tool.

I hold a PhD in Second Language Acquisition Research and Education from the University of Iowa (2014) and an MA in German Linguistics, also from the same institution (2008). I hold a BA in English and Philosophy from Wartburg College, IA.
