I charge for my services at least 8 Euro per hour.

2002 – Present: Freelance translator/interpreter during maternity - freelance translating for a range of clients including: Berliner Volksbank in the hotel and tourist industry, magazines from Italian and for family history researchers from German, various language combinations for local companies. Proofreading and checking service for clients in English ranging from advertising to university theses, English schools.
2000 -2002: Cicero Languages International - working as a Translations Project Manager and in-house translator. My role included translations using combinations of all my languages as well as advising clients, creating quotes, selecting and quality assuring external translators, setting deadlines, receipt and dispatch of files in various formats, proofreading, dispatch to typesetter and printers and quality control. Translations for multi-national companies could involve up to 35 language combinations at a time. My organisational and time management skills are outstanding.
